Refund Policy

As our store offers digitally delivered products, purchases are not subject to Distance Selling Regulations. Therefore, we cannot accommodate order cancellations, returns, modifications, or exchanges.

Replacement Policy We will only issue a replacement for defective product keys.

Digital download products are available for immediate download upon order completion. For backordered items, the estimated delivery time for the license is 2-3 hours after payment is completed.

Before submitting a replacement request, please ensure it does not fall under any of the following restrictions:

1. Incorrect Purchases

We cannot issue a refund or replacement if the customer has purchased an incorrect product or if the product is not compatible with their system. We strive to make compatibility information as clear as possible and cannot be held responsible for incorrect purchases.

  • Example 1: Purchasing a Windows software package for a Mac machine.

  • Example 2: Purchasing a product intended for Windows 10 but attempting to install it on Windows 8.

2. Installation and Activation Issues

Our support team is available to assist with any issues related to product key installation or activation. Before issuing a refund, we will attempt to resolve the issue with you.

  • We reserve the right to request screenshots of the code entry and any error messages encountered.

  • In some cases, remote support software (e.g., TeamViewer) may be required to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the issue remains unsolvable after a full investigation.

3. Product Use Issues

For issues related to product functionality (e.g., creating a new document in Word or program responsiveness), please contact Microsoft support or visit their online help resources.

4. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent payment. Such orders will be refunded, and no product keys will be delivered.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the activation code has been received, as it is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the product. Once activated, the code is permanently bound to your account.

  • Due to the nature of digital delivery, product keys are displayed on-screen and emailed immediately upon purchase. As this process cannot be reversed, all sales are final.

5. Digital Delivery

As we offer digital products, we cannot verify the identity of the person who redeems the code. To maintain security, we track key deliveries, including date, time, and IP address. All product keys are guaranteed and verified before sale.

6. Error Code Issues

Redemption errors must be reported within 7 days of purchase. We cannot offer refunds or replacements beyond this period.

7. Exchanges

If a software package is defective and remains unresolved despite technical support assistance (via email or live chat), we will issue a replacement product key for the same product.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.

  • We recommend redeeming your product key immediately after purchase.
