The product is defective (defective licenses will be replaced or refunded, depending on the customer’s choice). Please note: All licenses sold by Intuitmall.mybigcommerce.com are valid for one unique PC and cannot be transferred, unless specified otherwise.
We Do Not Accept Returns When:

The software is not compatible with the customer’s hardware. Software compatibility is the customer’s responsibility.
